Eligibility for tax exemption
- Be resident out of the European Union when he makes his purchases
- Be in France for less that 6 months
- Have bought for at least 100,01 Euros over three days, in your shop
- Not make these purchases on a professionnal basis
- Be more than 16 years old and less than 120 years old
- Take back his purchases himself to his country of residence
Mandatory information
- Customer identity: Last name, first name, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, passport number, and validity date.
- Description of items: Type and details of goods, quantity, and price including VAT.
- Payment and VAT refund options: Customer's payment method and refund method choice.
